    The WINCO motto is "The Standard of Excellence", serving South Texas since 1977. In fact, as part of that standard, we hold a Guinness World Record in window cleaning since 1990! This was no small task. This record has been set three times by Keith Witt, WINCO's founder and trainer competing against more than 350 contestants from around the world. In the I.W.C.A. annual conventions held in the USA, WINCO's streamline systems set a Standard of Excellence. Their skill took first place trophies every year they have competed!
